Lorne Laboratories
UK Manufacturer of Blood reagents and provider of laboratory instruments
Tangram works within the Lorne team as their marketing department. The key focus is to manage the communication and marketing with the Lorne overseas distributor partners - they have more than 80 distributors in over 100 countries. As marketing manager we work in-house on a regular basis organising all of Lornes marketing including planning, budgeting and all aspects of implementation.

 
We also work with a number of sole traders on an ad hoc basis mentoring and monitoring their marketing activity. Lots of sole traders have the time to do their marketing but sometimes lack drive and direction.
